The POD Heard 'Round the World

In an attempt to be nestled between such great accomplishments as the world's longest fingernails and world's largest tumor, 784 guitar players gathered in Tacoma, WA to be the largest group to simultaneously play a single song. The song picked was the heavily investigated "Louie, Louie." The event was organized by the Wailers Performing Arts Foundation to raise money for the Boy's and Girl's Clubs to offset the Public Schools' recent drop in socially funded school music programs. What's the easiest way to hear all these aspiring rock gods? With the Line 6 POD, of course. Line 6 donated 600 PODs to the event, which aired on Good Morning America on Sunday, August 23. No word yet on whether or not the record was actually broken, but it was all for a great cause nonetheless.
