Effective April 1, 2021, Line 6 Customer Support will limit product usage support for products that have not been sold by us for two years or more ("Legacy Products") to one 15-minute phone call, text or chat with a live agent. Any Legacy Product usage inquiries beyond the allowed live agent contact will only be addressed by our staff via a support ticket.
